can't open support ticket

anyone else having issues clicking on the “contact support” link? It seems dead.

login, click on the circle/question mark, click on “contact support”. Any suggestions?

I’m having the same issue, and I also haven’t received a response (even an autoresponder) from support@pagerduty.com.

Thank you for your patience as we migrate to a new ticketing solution. We’re on top of these items and will get them addressed shortly.

I sent already a few messages to support/renewals email with no response.
Hope that this time someone will notice my message.
